According to a recent survey by SAGA people are more likely to feel that an over 50 tradesman will do a better job than someone younger.
The research showed that most people believed someone over fifty would be more reliable, more polite, more trustworthy and more likely to tidy up afterwards.
Researchers found there is little difference in the satisfaction of the work done by the last tradesman used by respondents, with 92% being happy with the work of an under 50 tradesman and 95% with a tradesman over 50. ΒΆ Sunday, June 25, 2006
